You should add ginger to the grocery list. It has worked for me alot with my digestive problems this last 17 months. I also eat small amounts about every two to three hours. How about the old tried and true, soda crackers, Keeblers Zesta, probably has the least amount of chemicals in them, and has the better taste of all the soda crackers out there, Zesta by Keebler also make a whole wheat cracker that is very good.
